Rev. Madison Jones McAleese
Rev. Madison Jones McAleese is a nonprofit consultant, pastor, speaker, and executive director. Madison is deeply passionate about the people and organizations trying to make the world a better place. She believes in the pursuit of justice and is committed to working with organizations, people, and ministries who stand firm in their values of inclusion, equality, and access. Madison is a pastor, Deacon, and community leader working at the intersection of faith + justice, and believes deeply in the inclusion of Queer and women’s voices in the Church.
Madison has a master’s degree in public diplomacy, a master’s degree in Christian studies, and is pursuing her doctorate in social transformation.
Organizational Consulting
Rev. Madison runs a nonprofit consulting firm, Access Impact. She focuses on strategic planning, board development, and leadership & culture work. She works with all kinds of organizations, and has experience spanning civil rights groups, to housing organizations, to foster organizations, to arts councils, and so much more.
FCM
Madison serves as the Executive Director of FCM, an organization committed to empowering and nurturing those inspired for expansive ministries around the world. We are a community of ministers, leaders, and chaplains.
Ministry Work
Madison serves as a Deacon with CACINA (Catholic Apostolic Church in North America) and frequently presides at her home church, Dignity San Fernando Valley. She considers herself a “traveling pastor,” making herself available for pastoral support, speaking opportunities, and as a supply pastor for local churches.
