Translating Faith. Practicing Justice. Building Bridges.

I believe in the intersections of life. I am a priest who believes the church’s future is found outside of strict doctrine. I am a strategist who believes an organization’s “soul” is its most important asset. And I am an advocate who believes that if faith isn’t inclusive and justice-driven, it isn’t actually all that faithful.

In our world, we often seen a gap between what we say we believe and how we actually live. From faith communities that struggle to welcome and include the marginalized to social justice organizations that burn out because their structure doesn’t match their spirit, to ministers who voice a message of division and exclusion.

My mission is to close that gap. To live out our values. To re-brand faith.

As an ordained priest with the Catholic Apostolic Church in North America (CACINA), an open and affirming sacramental church, my ministry is rooted in radical inclusion. Whether I am presiding at Mass, speaking to folks on TikTok, or serving as the Executive Director of FCM, I am driven by a single conviction, one which Julian of Norwich taught us: “All shall be well and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”

I believe all shall be well when ALL are welcome. When ALL are loved. When ALL are seen as the imago Dei, the image of God. I am particularly passionate about the religious “nones” and the deconstructing folks, and especially those who have walked away from traditional religion but still hunger for the sacred and spiritual. Through my digital platforms, I work to translate ancient religious truths into a language that we can actually use to build a better world.

But I also believe that justice requires more than just good intentions and personal responsibility, it requires healthy systems. This is why I lead Access Impact, a consulting practice dedicated to helping social-justice-driven nonprofits access and accelerate their impact within their communities. I lead organizations through strategic planning and board development trainings as a form of inclusive and collaborative culture building. If our world is going to change, we need to ensure the organizations on the ground have the integrity and impact to last. This work is how I implement my soul work. At church, spirituality is reflected in the faith, in the communion table, among the congregation. In a nonprofit organization, spirituality is reflected in the impact of the mission, the people you serve, and the ripples of change you create.

I have a master’s degree in public diplomacy, a master’s degree in Christian studies, and I am pursuing her doctorate in social transformation. I am a certified board consultant through BoardSource.
